Too Short?
Are you one of those golfers who has a short backswing? I bet you have tried to lengthen your backswing and get more turn. It probably feels easy when you break it down and you’re working through slow practice swings. The second you hit a full speed shot, you feel like it’s a half swing again.
We hear these struggles from coaches as well. They are doing their best to help their players improve, but the instructions they give can’t often be physically replicated. Often coach and student hit a road block and improvement comes to a grinding halt.
We have a simple solution to help both parties over come this obstacle. A really quick and easy exercise that is guaranteed to give you more width in your swing and help you create more turn, for extra speed and power!

Use it as a warm up
Aim for 10-20 reps of this exercise. It’s perfect not only to improve your technique, but also as a one minute warm up on the first tee or driving range. This exercise has instant impact. It will transform you from tight and sluggish to free flowing and flexible in no time at all. You can also easily practice this at home, in the lounge or the kitchen, while you’re watching the golf in the evening!
