What Will I Learn?

Are you just getting back into golf? Maybe you have had a break away from the game or you haven’t played due to injury or poor weather. If the answer is yes, then this is the plan you need. Our Get Back into Golf Guide is a series of three short, snappy videos covering all the fundamentals every good golf swing needs. Along with the technique must do’s, we also have your body covered with some easy to implement exercises that are sure to improve your mobility.

If you’re worried about your game prior to the season commencing or you’re new to golf, make sure you give this plan a go. Guaranteed to dust the cobwebs off your golf swing and have you striking your irons and ripping your drives from the get-go. Plus, you’ll avoid unwanted injuries that can arise after some time out.

  • Resistance band (15 – 35lb strength)
