30-day returns on most products
Most eligible products can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they're unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all included accessories and documentation.
Items that may not be eligible
- Used golf clubs or equipment showing signs of play.
- Installed, cut, tipped, gripped, or otherwise modified golf shafts.
- Custom-built or personalized equipment.
- Merchandise designated as final sale.
- Products whose manufacturer or distributor imposes specific return restrictions, when disclosed before purchase.
Starting a return
To request a return, email support@offscratchgolf.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return, and the reason for the request. Please wait for return instructions before shipping anything back. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Order changes and cancellations
Need to change or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible at support@offscratchgolf.com. We can accommodate changes or cancellations when an order has not yet entered processing or fulfillment. Once processing begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible. Custom and personalized orders may have additional restrictions disclosed before purchase.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees depend on the product and reason for return. We'll explain any applicable costs before you authorize the return. Fees will not be added after the fact.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@offscratchgolf.com promptly with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos may help us resolve the problem more quickly.
We'll review the issue and contact you about a repair, replacement, or refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected, where applicable. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary.
Exchanges
Product exchanges depend on current availability. Contact us before returning merchandise for an exchange.
Manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer warranties are separate from the Off Scratch Golf return policy. Warranty coverage, eligibility, and claim procedures vary by brand and product.
