Shipping & Delivery

At Off Scratch Golf, we believe getting the right equipment should be straightforward. We offer simple shipping rates and keep you informed throughout the ordering and delivery process.

Shipping rates

• Standard shipping: $9.95 for eligible orders below $149.

• Free standard shipping: On eligible orders of $149 or more.

• Special-shipping exceptions: Additional charges may apply to certain oversized or specialized products.

Free-shipping eligibility is determined by the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order processing

Most orders ship within approximately 5–10 business days after they are placed.

We source equipment through our wholesale suppliers. After you place an order, we obtain the equipment, receive it, and prepare it for shipment to you.

Processing times may vary depending on product availability, supplier lead times, and whether an item requires customization or special ordering.

If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we'll contact you to discuss your options. We won't substitute another product without your approval.

Estimated delivery

Delivery time depends on the shipping carrier and destination. Standard shipping transit times are generally estimated at 5–8 business days after your order ships, in addition to the processing time described above.

All processing and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Once your order ships, we'll send tracking information to the email address associated with your order.

Multiple shipments

Most orders are shipped together when all items are ready. If your order contains products with different availability or processing times, we may ship items separately.

When applicable, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Multiple shipments do not automatically result in additional standard shipping charges.

Shipping destinations

We currently offer shipping within the contiguous United States, including Washington, D.C.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and international destinations is not currently offered.

Oversized and special-shipping products

Some oversized or specialized products may require additional shipping arrangements or charges. Any applicable charges will be displayed before you place your order.

Standard golf clubs, shafts, and accessories are not automatically considered oversized.
